The stage is set for a showdown, teams are formed the competition is going to be hot! Team Sailing provides a great environment to heighten group interaction, communication, team bonding and team building in a dynamic, fun and safe environment.

Team Sailing has been developed as a great, fun team activity without the intensity of a full team-building program and is referred to as a “soft team building” activity that will provide a sense of achievement for all participants especially those who have not partaken in yachting previously.

Sailing on the balmy waters of the Coral Sea off the shores of the beautiful Sunshine Coast and on tranquil Moreton Bay, warm breezes power the yachts around a short and action packed course. Trained and qualified instructors will guide and encourage active participation in the helming and sailing of our well-appointed yachts or sailing dinghy's.

All this excitement can include food and drinks, be followed-up with a prize giving presentation which can including trophies, or just a couple of cool beverages to round out an exhilarating experience.

Dinghy Sailing Regatta Your team is divided into crews to sail our stable sailing dinghy's, they need to learn quickly how to work together to complete the course in the safe waters around the Maroochy Sailing Club on the Maroochy River. It’s very hands on, sometimes wet and an enormous amount of fun! This is normally a Half-Day event and can accommodate groups from 12 participants. Yacht Sailing Regatta Half-day (3.5 Hours)  Half-day “plus” (4.5 Hours)  Full Day (6 Hours) – on the water! Total of up to 40 participants for Half-day and 60+ participants for Half-day “plus” / Full Day event. Crew teams: 5 - 10 guests + the Skipper/Instructor per yacht.
